Managing Director of WIDE and Tecno International, Manuela brings to the table her experience in marketing, account management and business development, working in consulting and marketing firms. Her extensive experience in the event industry provided her with high proficiency in organizing B2B conferences and exhibitions.

Professor in Strategy and Sustainability at UCL School of Management, Paolo advices influential organisations and governments. Paolo’s research on corporate sustainability is internationally recognised. He has received numerous awards for the impact of his work. His projects, quotes and opinions have been featured over 300 times in international media outlets. In 2025, Paolo was featured in the Thinkers50 Radar List.
Founder & Managing Director
Catrina holds an MA in Sustainability and Energy Management from Bocconi University and a BA Hons from Trinity College Dublin. She formerly led financial corporate communication strategies for multinational clients, private equity funds, and energy companies as an Account Director. Currently at WIDE as Non-equity Partner, and at UCL as Manager of the UCL Centre for Sustainable Business – she is deeply involved in sustainability research and is also fluent in Italian and Spanish.
